Since 2003, TCCS and DUI School has provided successful treatment services for substance abuse in the Chattanooga, TN area. We offer a large selection of classes to help educate and provide information on substance abuse.

Programs for Substance Abuse
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
- Sliding scale cash pay (IOP) is held Monday-Thursday from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm
- Spanish cash pay only (IOP) is held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Medication-Assisted Treatment Services
With admission, an assessment will determine the level of therapy required. For our Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Suboxone, we accept cash pay of $350 for your initial visit and $250 per month afterwards.
Now partnered with RCN Treatment Centers accepting all TENNCARE Medicaid Insurance; BlueCare, Wellpoint (Amerigroup), and United Healthcare Community Plans and Ambetter plans for Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), and Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT). MAT may be combined with PHP and IOP treatment. PHP & IOP with housing.
Our Tuberculosis Policy
Updated TB policy as of 12/16/2021 – TB tests are required if you have experienced the following symptoms in the last 12 months:
- Cough lasting three weeks or longer
- Chest pain
- Difficulty breathing
- Coughing up blood
- Night sweats
If you have tested positive, please bring proof of treatment or chest X-ray films taken in the last 12 months.
